So we are off to another great week and this week we are focussed on PHYSICAL activity - this will be easy for a few of you who are already doing lots of tennis, cycling and running but it is a great opportunity for EVERYONE to get physically active this week! (Especially if you're not really interested in team sports!) There are LOADS of activities and ideas you can get involved in - I have linked a few of these in the learning section for this week but if you come across something fun that you think your classmates would like, please comment on this post!
Here is an example of an active journal that I want you to keep this week. These are to be emailed to me at the end of the week. You can keep a simple one in your copy - you don't need to print anything out! I've also included some ideas for warm ups and cool downs (important before and after your exercises!) and a reminder of the importance to stay hydrated - particularly in this lovely sunshine. Finally a little reminder about sleep - and how vital it is to get enough good quality sleep to maintain a healthy body and mind!

Don't forget to stay tuned here throughout the week for updates and maybe a challenge or two.... :D
Have a great week boys - I can't wait to see all of the various things you are getting up to!
A new riddle to start the week:
What cheese is made backwards?
